My newfound love of running.

8 pounds. Yep I stepped on the scale this morning and weigh 8 pounds less then I did Sunday. It's only Thursday. Pretty stoked. Exercising daily, eating clean, and drinking tons of water really does work... Go figure ;)

I just got done with running a little over a mile and a half. I willing ran over a mile and a half. Who am I? I have no idea but I like this new girl. She's healthy, she feels better, she is clear headed, and she is feeling more alive. Of course, while running a mile and a half, I wanted to die. 15 minutes in I started to fixate on the big red STOP button on my treadmill. I kept thinking "Hell, I already ran so much. This is pretty good right?". I kept running and started to think "No one ever reached their goals by quitting early. No cutting corners Chloe". I am definitely not the fastest runner but thats ok because I am getting my heart rate up, I'm sweating, and I am moving my body.





I'm on day 5 of my Advocare challenge. So far so good! The hardest part for me has been giving up coffee for 24 days... sigh. Anyone that knows me knows I LOVE coffee. I was a straight up addict. 3-4 cups a day kinda girl. After being off it for 5 days the thought of drinking that much coffee makes me sick to my stomach. The funny thing is, I have way more energy now then I did when I was drinking buckets of coffee a day. I'm not going to say I wont occasionally have a cup of coffee here and there after my challenge, but I wont be drinking it because I need it.

Drink half your weight in water. Go refill your water bottle. Lets give our bodies what it needs.

    I love it! What kind of treadmill do you have? I want to swap out the elliptical so bad!
